  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 laptop bay leaf

  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 pcs chorizo de bilbao, minimize in half lengthwise

Instructions

  1. Season beef with 1 sachet MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP® and pepper. Lay the meat flat and place bacon in single layer. Place carrots, pickled cucumber, and chorizo within the center. Roll tightly and tie with kitchen twine.
  2. Sauté beef in oil and put aside. Sauté garlic and onion in the identical pan.
  3. Add beef, tomato sauce, bay leaf, sugar and pepper. Pour sufficient water, cowl, and simmer till tender. Skim off the fats as wanted.
  4. Add olives (optionally available) and season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® MAGIC SARAP®.
